赖氏通元穴组埋线治疗黄褐斑临床研究

目的 观察赖氏通元穴组埋线治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法 将60例女性黄褐斑患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例，治疗组采用赖氏通元穴埋线，对照组口服维生素C、维生素E及外涂氢醌乳膏，两组疗程均为6个月，治疗前后分别对两组患者黄褐斑皮损面积及颜色进行评分，并观察临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后黄褐斑皮损面积和颜色评分及总积分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积积分及总积分差值比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组疗效分布比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 赖氏通元穴埋线治疗黄褐斑疗效显著。

Clinical Effect of Lai's Tongyuan Acupoint Thread- embedding Therapy in Treatment of Chloasma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lai''s Tongyuan acupoint thread- embedding therapy in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 60 female patients with chloasma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given Lai''s Tongyuan acupoint thread- embedding therapy, and those in the control group were given oral vitamin C and vitamin E, as well as external application of hydroquinone cream. The course of treatment was 6 months for both groups. The scores of the area of skin lesion caused by chloasma and color were observed before and after treatment to observe clinical outcome. Results Both groups had significant reductions in the scores of the area of skin lesion caused by chloasma and color and total score after treatment (P<0.05). The treatment group had significantly greater reductions in the score of the area of skin lesion caused by chloasma and total score than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Lai''s Tongyuan acupoint thread- embedding therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of chloasma.
