黄芪止嗽饮治疗小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽30例

目的 观察黄芪止嗽饮治疗小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 将60例肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各30例。试验组予黄芪止嗽饮治疗，对照组予克洛己新干混悬剂口服，疗程7 d。观察并比较两组临床疗效及咳嗽缓解和消失时间。〖JP2〗结果 两组临床疗效比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；试验组患儿咳嗽消失时间和咳嗽缓解时间均较对照组显著缩短（P<0.05）。结论 黄芪止嗽饮对小儿肺脾气虚型慢性咳嗽具有较好疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Huangqi Zhisou Decoction in Treating Chronic Cough with Qi Deficiency of Lung and Spleen among Children: A Report of 30 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Zhisou Decoction in treating chronic cough with qi deficiency of lung and spleen among children. Methods Sixty children with chronic cough who had qi deficiency of lung and spleen were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and test group (n=30). The test group was given Huangqi Zhisou Decoction, while the control group received oral cefaclor and bromhexine hydrochloride for suspension; the course of treatment was 7 d. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment outcome and cough remission or disappearance time. Results There was no significant difference in treatment outcome between the two groups (P>0.05). The test group had significantly shortened cough disappearance time and cough remission time compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Zhisou Decoction has good efficacy in treating chronic cough with qi deficiency of lung and spleen among children.
