培土生金法治疗气虚型小儿反复呼吸道感染35例

目的 观察培土生金法治疗气虚型小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 选取70例气虚型反复呼吸道感染患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。其中对照组患儿予常规西医药物治疗，观察组患儿加服培土生金中药，7 d为1个疗程，连服4个疗程并随访1年，观察并比较两组患儿治疗前后1年内呼吸道感染次数和每次症状持续时间，评价临床疗效。结果 观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿1年内呼吸道感染次数和每次症状持续时间均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)，观察组下降程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 培土生金法可防治小儿气虚型反复呼吸道感染。

Clinical Effect of the Method of Strengthening Earth to Generate Metal in Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection in Children:An Analysis of 35 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the method of strengthening earth to generate metal in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) with qi-deficiency syndrome in children. Methods A total of 70 children with RRTI with qi-deficiency syndrome were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 children in each group. The children in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment and those in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine for strengthening earth to generate metal for 4 courses of treatment (7 days per course), and then all children were followed up for 1 year. The number of respiratory tract infections within 1 year before and after treatment and duration of each infection were compared between the two groups, and the clinical outcome was evaluated. Results The observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). Both groups had significant reductions in the number of respiratory tract infections within 1 year after treatment and duration of each infection (P<0.05), and the observation group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of strengthening earth to generate metal can be used for the prevention and treatment of RRTI with qi-deficiency syndrome in children.
