脑卒中后单侧空间忽略的诊疗思路

Diagnosis and Treatment of Unilateral Spatial Neglect after Stroke

Unilateral spatial neglect is a common cognitive disorder after stroke,and rapid diagnosis and treatment is of great importance in promoting the recovery of patients'motor function and activities of daily living.With the combination of basic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories and modern rehabilitation concepts,the methods of TCM diagnosis,Behavioral Inattention Test,and Catherine Bergego Scale are often used for the diagnosis of this disease.Staged treatment with acupuncture and rehabilitation training can achieve the goal of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease and improve clinical outcome.In addition,feedback on outcome during treatment can help to adjust and optimize treatment regimen,monitor physical and mental health,and promote comprehensive rehabilitation.
