针刺联合首乌益智汤治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍30例

目的 观察针刺联合首乌益智汤治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法 将60例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组30例。两组在常规治疗的同时，对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐，研究组患者给予针刺联合首乌益智汤治疗。治疗前后分别采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表（montreal cognitive assessment，MoCA）、修订Barthel指数（modified Barthel index，BI）、简易精神状态量表（mini-mental state examination，MMSE）对两组患者认知能力和日常生活活动能力进行评估。结果 治疗后两组患者MoCA、BI、MMSE评分均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05），研究组患者MoCA、BI、MMSE评分升高程度显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者治疗后认知功能障碍的疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针刺联合首乌益智汤能够显著改善脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能和日常生活活动能力。

Clinical Effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Combined with Electroacupuncture in Treatment of Hemianesthesia After Stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Shouwu Yizhi Decoction in the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. In addition to conventional treatment, the patients in the control group were given donepezil hydrochloride, and those in the experimental group were given acupuncture combined with Shouwu Yizhi Decoction. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), modified Barthel Index (BI), and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) were used to evaluate cognitive ability and activities of daily living before and after treatment. Results Both groups had significant increases in MoCA, BI, and MMSE scores after treatment (P<0.05), and the experimental group had significantly greater increases than the control group (P<0.05). The experimental group had a significantly better outcome of cognitive impairment after treatment than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Shouwu Yizhi Decoction can significantly improve cognitive function and activities of daily living in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.
