不同加工方式亳白芍的高效液相指纹图谱及多成分含量比较

摘    要:目的 评价不同加工方式亳白芍饮片质量,验证亳白芍产地加工与炮制一体化工艺应用的可行性。方法 采用高效液相色谱法建立不同加工方式亳白芍饮片标准煎液的指纹图谱,同时对没食子酸等7种成分含量进行测定,并以指纹图谱共有峰相对峰面积对所有样品进行聚类分析。结果 亳白芍趁鲜片标准煎液指纹图谱相似度较亳白芍生斜片标准煎液相似度高;不同加工方式白芍饮片标准煎液中没食子酸等7种成分含量有一定差异;聚类分析结果将白芍趁鲜片与白芍传统片聚为一类,而白芍生斜片自成一类。结论 产地加工与炮制一体化加工的亳白芍趁鲜片质量与传统片差异较小,可与传统片一并应用,生斜片质量差异略大,能否作为白芍饮片在临床进行应用还需进一步研究。

High-performance Liquid Chromatography Fingerprints and Content of Various Constituents of Bozhou Radix Paeoniae Alba Processed with Different Methods: A Comparative Analysis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the quality of Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba decoction pieces processed with different methods and the feasibility of processing in producing areas for Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba. Methods High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to establish the fingerprints of standard decoction of Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba decoction pieces processed with different methods, and the content of seven constituents, including gallic acid, were determined. A cluster analysis was performed based on the relative peak area of the common peak of all samples. Results The standard decoction of fresh boiled Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba pieces had a higher degree of similarity than that of fresh unboiled oblique pieces. There were certain differences in the content of seven constituents, including gallic acid, between the Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba decoction pieces processed with different methods. According to the cluster analysis, fresh boiled Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba pieces and traditional boiled pieces were clustered as one class, while fresh unboiled oblique pieces were clustered as one class. Conclusion Fresh boiled Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba pieces processed in producing areas have similar quality to traditional boiled pieces and can be used together with traditional boiled pieces. There is a relatively big difference in quality between fresh boiled Bozhou Paeoniae Radix Alba pieces and fresh unboiled oblique pieces, and therefore, further studies are needed to determine whether fresh unboiled oblique pieces can be used in clinical practice.
