穴位贴敷联合加味葛根芩连汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证临床疗效观察

目的 观察穴位贴敷联合加味葛根芩连汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome，IBS-D）脾胃湿热证的临床疗效。方法 将60例IBS-D脾胃湿热证患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例。对照组予以加味葛根芩连汤治疗，治疗组采用穴位贴敷联合加味葛根芩连汤治疗，疗程均为2周。观察两组临床疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，两组治疗后腹泻、腹痛、口渴、小便短黄、肛门灼热积分和总积分均显著降低（P＜0.05），治疗组腹泻积分和总积分降低程度显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组生活质量评分（SF-12）总分均明显提高（P＜0.05），但治疗组较对照组提高更为显著（P＜0.05）。结论 加味葛根芩连汤能改善IBS-D脾胃湿热证患者的临床症状，提高其生活质量，联合穴位贴敷治疗疗效更佳。

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction in Treatment of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome. Methods A total of 60 IBS-D patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction, and those in the treatment group were treated with acupoint application combined with Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction; the course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups. The two groups were observed in terms of clinical outcome and improvement in quality of life. Results The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups had significant reductions in total symptom score and the scores of diarrhea, abdominal pain, thirstiness, small volume and yellow urine, and burning pain in anus (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly greater reductions in total symptom score and the score of diarrhea (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups had a significant increase in the total score of SF-12 (P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly greater increase than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For IBS-D patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, Jiawei Gegen Qinlian Decoction can improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life, and its combination with acupoint application has a better clinical effect.
