中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型78例

目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型的临床疗效。方法 78例慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型患者月经期采用静脉滴注奥硝唑及左氧氟沙星，共7 d；经后期采用清热利湿化瘀的中药内服、外敷、灌肠综合治疗，14 d为1个疗程。共治疗3个疗程。结果 78例患者中，治愈、好转、无效分别为58、13、7例，总有效率为91.03%。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型疗效显著。

Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation: A Report of 78 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis. Methods A total of 78 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation, which was complicated with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis, were given ornidazole and levofloxacin by intravenous drip in the menstrual period for 7 days. They were treated with oral administration, external application, and enteroclysis of traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat, promoting diuresis, and removing blood stasis for 3 courses (each course=14 d) in the postmenstrual period. Results of the 78 patients, 58 were cured, 13 showed improvement, and 7 had no response, with an overall response rate of 91.03%. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis.
