百癣夏塔热联合阿维A、复方氟米松治疗斑块状银屑病疗效观察

目的 观察百癣夏塔热胶囊联合阿维A胶囊、复方氟米松软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法 将162例斑块状银屑病患者分为试验组（82例）和对照组（80例），试验组采用百癣夏塔热胶囊联合阿维A胶囊、复方氟米松软膏治疗，对照组采用阿维A胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗，持续8周，治疗前、治疗4周和治疗8周后分别进行银屑病面积与严重指数(psoriasis area and severity index，PASI)测评，观察并比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗4周和8周后，两组PASI均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.01），且试验组PASI降低程度均显著大于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗4周和8周后，试验组临床疗效均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在阿维A胶囊、复方氟米松软膏联合治疗的基础上再联用百癣夏塔热胶囊可明显提高斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Baixuan Xiatare Capsules Combined with Acitretin Capsules and Orsalin Ointment in Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baixuan Xiatare capsules combined with acitretin capsules and orsalin ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods A total of 162 patients with plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into test group (n=82) and control group (n=80). The test group was treated with Baixuan Xiatare capsules combined with acitretin capsules and orsalin ointment, while the control group with acitretin capsules and orsalin ointment. The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups. The Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) was determined before and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, and the treatment outcome was compared between the two groups. Results After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, both groups showed significant decreases in PASI (P<0.01), and the test group had a significantly higher decrease (P<0.01); the test group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Baixuan Xiatare capsules combined with acitretin capsules and orsalin ointment can significantly improve the treatment outcome of plaque psoriasis.
