越鞠升降汤治疗经前期抑郁45例临床观察

摘    要:目的 观察越鞠升降汤治疗经前期抑郁的临床疗效。方法 将75例经前期抑郁患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例,对照组30例,治疗组以越鞠升降汤治疗,对照组以逍遥丸治疗。两组均以3个月经周期为1个疗程。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定抑郁疗效,观察中医症状改善情况,记录不良反应。结果 两组抑郁疗效和临床症状疗效比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,或P<0.01);治疗组抑郁和临床症状愈显率和总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组中医症状总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论 越鞠升降汤治疗经前期抑郁疗效明显,可靠安全。

Clinical Efficacy of Yueju Shengjiang Decoction in Treatment of Premenstrual Depression: An Analysis of 45 Cases
Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yueju Shengjiang Decoction for relieving stagnation in the treatment of premenstrual depression. Methods Seventy-five patients with premenstrual depression were randomly divided into treatment group (n=45) and control group (n=30). The treatment group received therapy with Yueju Shengjiang Decoction, while the control group received therapy with Xiaoyao Pills also for treating stagnation. The course of treatment was three menstrual cycles. The therapeutic effects on depression were assessed using Hamilton Depression Scale; the improvement in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms was observed; adverse events were recorded. Results There were significant differences in therapeutic effects on depression and clinical symptoms between the two groups (P<0.05, or P<0.01). The treatment group showed significantly higher cure and marked response rate and overall response rate than the control group in terms of depression and clinical symptoms (P<0.01). In addition, the treatment group had significantly lower total scores on TCM symptoms than the control group (P<0.05). No adverse events were seen in both groups. Conclusion Yueju Shengjiang Decoction has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of premenstrual depression.
