自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产25例

目的 观察自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷对肾虚型早期先兆流产的治疗效果。方法 将50例肾虚型早期先兆流产患者随机分成研究组和对照组，每组25例，对照组给予黄体酮注射液肌肉注射，研究组在对照组疗法基础上给予自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷，两组疗程均为10 d。观察两组治疗前后症状积分改变情况，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后主要症状（下腹疼痛或坠胀、腰膝酸软、阴道出血）和次要症状（夜尿频、精神倦怠、肢体困倦、头晕耳鸣）积分均显著降低(P＜0.05)，且研究组上述积分降低程度均显著大于对照组(P＜0.05)。研究组患者先兆流产的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 在黄体酮注射液肌肉注射的基础上，自拟固肾育胎方加减内服结合穴位贴敷可明显改善肾虚型早期先兆流产患者的临床症状，提高临床疗效。

Clinical Effect of Oral Administration of Self-made Modified Gushen Yutai Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in Treatment of Kidney-Deficiency Early Threatened Abortion: An Analysis of 25 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of self-made modified Gushen Yutai Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of kidney-deficiency early threatened abortion. Methods A total of 50 patients with kidney-deficiency early threatened abortion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given intramuscular injection of progesterone, and those in the treatment group were given oral administration of self-made modified Gushen Yutai Decoction combined with acupoint application in addition to the treatment in the control group; the course of treatment was 10 days for both groups. Symptom scores were observed before and after treatment, and clinical outcome was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, both groups had significant reductions in the scores of cardinal symptoms (lower abdominal pain or bulge, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, and vaginal bleeding) and secondary symptoms (frequent nocturia, mental fatigue, limb fatigue, and dizziness and tinnitus) (P<0.05), and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome of threatened abortion than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In addition to intramuscular injection of progesterone, self-made modified Gushen Yutai Decoction combined with acupoint application can improve the clinical symptoms and clinical outcome of kidney-deficiency early threatened abortion.
