新型冠状病毒肺炎作为一种新发生的温疫类疾病，中医对其认识处于逐渐探索阶段，有许多理论问题值得探讨。根据目前已有的资料，结合中医外感病理论，就病名、病位、发病与传变、病机属性以及治疗思路等方面进行思考和讨论，并希望通过众多病例的细致观察和总结研讨，以达成共识，不断推进中医外感病尤其是温疫学理论与实践的创新发展。

Discussion on Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia and Its Related Issues of Traditional Chinese Medicine Epidemic Disease

Since novel coronavirus pneumonia is a new type of febrile disease, there is still a lack of understanding of this disease, and many theoretical problems need to be discussed. With reference to the existing data and the theory of exogenous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, this article discusses the name, location, development and progression, pathogenesis, and treatment thoughts of this disease and hopes to reach a consensus through close observation and discussion of a large number of cases, so as to promote the innovation and development of the theory and practice of exogenous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, especially febrile epidemiology.
