复方补乌糖浆对白癜风患者血清IL-17水平的影响

目的 观察复方补乌糖浆治疗白癜风的临床疗效及其对患者血清白细胞介素-17（interleukin-17, IL-17）水平的影响。方法 共纳入45例白癜风患者，采用复方补乌糖浆口服治疗3个月，观察临床疗效及治疗前后血清IL-17水平的变化，并与健康对照组相比较。结果 治疗3个月后，痊愈3例，显效15例，有效21例，无效6例，总有效率为86.7%。治疗组治疗前和治疗后血清IL-17水平均显著高于健康对照组（P＜0.01），治疗后患者血清IL-17水平较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.01）。结论 复方补乌糖浆对白癜风具有较好的疗效，其机制与降低患者血清IL-17水平有关。

Effect of Compound Buwu Syrup on Serum Interleukin-17 Level in Patients with Leucoderma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Buwu Syrup in the treatment of leucoderma and its effect on serum interleukin-17 (IL-17) level in patients. Methods Forty-five patients with leucoderma were included in the study and received oral Compound Buwu Syrup for 3 months. The treatment outcome and change in serum IL-17 level were evaluated; these patients were compared with healthy controls in terms of serum IL-17 level before and after treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, 3 cases were cured, 15 cases showed marked response, 21 cases showed response, and 6 cases showed no response; the overall response rate was 86.7%. The treatment group had a significantly higher serum IL-17 level than the healthy controls before and after treatment (P<0.01). After treatment, these patients showed a significant decrease in serum IL-17 level (P<0.01).Conclusion Compound Buwu Syrup has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of leucoderma, and it acts possibly by reducing serum IL-17 level.
