针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎症疾病临床观察

目的 观察针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤内服治疗寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎症疾病的临床疗效。方法 将60例寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎症疾病患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组30例。治疗组给予针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤加减口服，对照组给予少腹逐瘀汤口服。观察两组患者疼痛缓解时间、临床症状体征总积分改善情况、子宫动脉收缩期最高血流速度变化情况以及临床综合疗效。结果 治疗组疼痛缓解时间较对照组显著缩短（P＜0.05）；治疗1周及2周后治疗组症状体征总积分改善均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗后子宫收缩期最高血流速度均显著降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组降低幅度显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针灸配合少腹逐瘀汤内服治疗寒湿凝滞型盆腔炎症疾病疗效明显，对于缓解疼痛、改善临床症状具有良好疗效。

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Cold-Dampness Stagnation Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with cold-dampness stagnation syndrome. Methods A total of 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease with cold-dampness stagnation syndrome were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, and those in the control group were given Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction. The two groups were compared in terms of time to pain relief, improvement in the total score of symptoms and signs, change in maximum blood flow velocity in the systolic period of the uterine artery, and comprehensive clinical outcome. Results The treatment group had a significantly shorter time to pain relief than the control group (P<0.05). After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group had a significantly greater improvement in the total score of symptoms and signs than the control group (P<0.05). Both groups had a significant reduction in maximum blood flow velocity in the systolic period of the uterine artery after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly greater reduction than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with cold-dampness stagnation syndrome and can significantly alleviate pain and improve clinical symptoms.
