智三针治疗原发性失眠35例

摘    要:目的 观察智三针治疗原发性失眠的疗效。方法 将70例原发性失眠患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组接受以智三针为主穴的治疗,对照组接受常规针刺治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI)评定疗效。结果 治疗后两组PSQI总分均较治疗前显著降低 (P<0.01),且治疗组在降低PSQI总分方面较对照组无明显优势(P>0.05)。治疗后两组各维度PSQI评分均显著降低(P<0.01),但治疗组在降低入睡时间、睡眠质量和日间功能障碍评分方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论 智三针治疗原发性失眠有确切的临床效果,在促进入睡,改善睡眠质量和日间功能方面效果优于传统针刺疗法。

Efficacy of Acupuncture at Zhisanzhen in Treatment of Primary Insomnia: A Report of 35 Cases

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Zhisanzhen in the treatment of primary insomnia. Methods Seventy patients with primary insomnia were divided into treatment group (n=35) and control group (n=35).The treatment group received acupuncture at Zhisanzhen, while the control group received conventional acupuncture. The treatment outcome was evaluated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Results After treatment, both groups showed significant decreases in global PSQI score (P<0.01), and the treatment group had a nonsignificantly higher decrease than the control group (P>0.05); both groups showed significant decreases in all PSQI subscale scores (P<0.01),but the treatment group had significantly higher decreases in the scores of sleep latency, sleep quality, and daytime dysfunction than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture at Zhisanzhen has a good clinical effect in the treatment of primary insomnia, and it is superior to conventional acupuncture in shortening sleep latency and improving sleep quality and daytime function.
