薏苡附子败酱散加味治疗痰瘀互结型痤疮临床观察

目的 观察薏苡附子败酱散加味治疗痰瘀互结型痤疮的临床疗效。方法 将62例痤疮患者随机分成对照组（20例）和治疗组（42例）。治疗组患者口服薏苡附子败酱散加减方，对照组患者口服丹参酮胶囊，疗程8周。每4周观察1次临床疗效，并采用痤疮综合分级系统（global acne grading system, GAGS）进行评分。结果 治疗4周末和8周末，两组临床疗效的分布比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组优于对照组；治疗4周末和8周末，两组GAGS评分均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组GAGS评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 薏苡附子败酱散加减方治疗痰瘀互结型痤疮的疗效较好。

Clinical Effect of Jiawei Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder in Treatment of Acne with Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder in the treatment of acne with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. Methods A total of 62 patients with acne were randomly divided into control group (20 patients) and treatment group (42 patients). The patients in the treatment group were given modified Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder orally and those in the control group were given oral tanshinone capsules. The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups. The clinical outcome was observed every 4 weeks, and the global acne grading system (GAGS) score was determined for each patient. Results At the end of weeks 4 and 8 of treatment, there were significant differences in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups (P<0.05), and the treatment group had a better clinical outcome than the control group; both groups had significant reductions in GAGS score (P<0.05), and the treatment group had a significantly lower GAGS score than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acne with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.
