关于我国新闻立法若干问题的思考

在依法治国、践行社会主义法治理念的当代中国,尽快建立健全符合中国社会主义特色的新闻法制体系,加强新闻法治建设是时代的迫切要求。我国新闻立法应坚持党对新闻工作政治领导原则、坚持对新闻自由的保障与限制并重原则、坚持保障公众知情权原则,并着重处理好政府与舆论监督的关系、社会与大众媒介的关系、合法采访权与保守国家秘密的关系、知情权与隐私权的关系、新闻职业道德与司法公正权的关系等。

Thinking About Some Problems of Chinas Journalistic Legislation

In the modern China,it is imperative to establish the system of journalistic law and strengthen journalistic building of rule by law.Our legislation of journalism must follow the following principle: the political leadership of our Party,safeguarding and limiting the freedom of news and safeguarding the know-how of the public.And we must dispose perfectly the relationship of the government and the journalistic supervision,social supervision and the journalistic supervision,the legal right to covering and the national secret,the right of know-how and the right to privacy,and so on.
