However,the drawback and shortcomings are obvious to exist in.As the old-age are increasing and will reach the peak ,how to step on to a way of fitting in with national conditions endowment insurance system has became a striking problem nowadays.In this case,this article is based on looking back the process of our country's endowment insurance legal system,mainly making a study on our present situation and policy of endowment insurance system,hoping to provide something useful for improving our country's endowment insurance.
