| 摘 要： | 大学生思想道德状况如何,直接关系到中华民族的整体素质,关系到社会主义事业的兴衰成败。高校政工人员队伍建设如何,政工人员综合素质的高低,关系到高校培养社会主义“四有”新人重要任务能否落实。作为高校政工人员必须要有高尚的人格,有较强的专业素质,才能做到以理服人,把思想政治工作真正落到实处。
