| Abstract: | Chinese police service in modern times began at the end of Qing Dynasty.Shan Qi,a famous Senior officer of police service at that time,was in charge of the set of Patrol-police Office and the consolidation of the police service in Peking,as well as the education of police service. Because of these,his importance should not be neglected,especially in the course of the construction of Chinese police service in modern times and its first step to modernization. |
