网络伦理构建何以合理可行

网络虚拟社会伦理生活不同于现实实存社会伦理生活。因此,对由网络虚拟生活所引发的诸如自主自由与责任淡化、价值多元与道德冲突、非人性化与道德冷漠等基本伦理问题的解决以及网络伦理的合理构建,也就不能只停留于对个体德性的要求,而应从网络虚拟社会自身特点与内在矛盾,以及网络生活的基本伦理问题的生成、运行和实现机制入手,以制度同意为着眼点,方可使网络伦理构建具有现实的合理性和实践的可行性。

On the Reason of the Feasibility of Cyber Ethic Construction

The ethics life of network fictitious society is different from that of realistic society.Some fundamental ethic problems are found in the network fictitious life such as weak consciousness of free and responsibility,multi-value and moral confliction,non-humanization and moral indifference.Therefore,the relevant solution and its construction should began with the features and inner contradiction of cyber fictitious society as well as appearance,operation and realization system of these problems,taking system agreement as focus,instead of merely keeping the requirement to individual morals.Thus,it will be rational in practice and be feasible in practice.
