| Abstract: | The construction of the system on the openness of governmental information is of great importance to realixing citixen's democratic rights,preventing corruption,maintaining social stability and building the fair platrotm of international trade.The law on the openness of governmental information shuold be legislated in china,and it should specifically and definitely prescribe the followings:principles,scope,ways,procedure and timi limit of openness,legal liability and how to remedy and supervise. |
