| Abstract: | The Elegy of Eternal Regret ( Chang - Hen Ge ), one of WANG An - Yi" s famous masterpiece, has the significance of a milestone on the way of this author. This is a destiny tragedy with orient philosophy.There are several conflicts to be manifested in it: the conflict between the heroine and urban culture, the conflict between inferiority of women and center of men in social status, and the conflict of the character of the heroine herself etc. |
