行政伦理与党的执政能力

中国共产党是建设社会主义和谐社会的领导者和组织者，加强和提升党的执政能力有利于推动我国和谐社会的进程．而行政伦理建设是提高党的执政能力的内在要求，也是优化党执政能力的价值之维。文章在分析行政伦理与党的执政能力关系的基础上，对行政伦理在提升党的执政能力方面的价值功能进行探讨，以求从行政伦理方面丰富和深化党的执政能力的理论研究。

A View on the Relations Between the Ethical Value of Administration and the Governance Capability of the CPC

The CPC is a leader and organizer in building a harmonious socialist society.Improving the Party's governance capacity is helpful to promote the process of a harmonious society in China,while the construction of the ethical value of administration is its internal requirement and also optimizes its value.On the basis of analyzing the relations between the ethical value of administration and the governance capability of the CPC,this paper makes an approach to the function of the ethical value of administration in improving the Party's governance capacity,so as to make further research of the theory of the Party's governance capacity from the ethical value of administration.
