| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristic of Haikou's road network structure and the traffic flows, the issue proposes the traffic congestion estimate standard. According to the appraisal conclusion to Haikou's road network, the thesis also proposes the improvement measure and introduces the improvement countermeasure of key street corner. |
