| 摘 要： | 公安队伍正规化建设迫切要求公安高校强化职能:全面提高学生素质,培养正规化预备警察;积极推进在职民警教育训练改革,提高教育训练实效;鼓励公安科技开发研究,为公安队伍正规化建设提供技术支撑。公安高校要通过人才培养和科学研究为公安工作和队伍正规化建设服务,促进公安工作和公安队伍正规化建设水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The normalization construction for the public security troop need the enforcement of the public security colleges' function.We should improve the students' quality fully and train the normalized police,push the in-job training reform for the police and elevate the effects,encourage the public security technology research and offer the technology supports for the public security normalization.The public security colleges promote the normalization construction through the talent training and the technology research. |
