中国经济:如何走出"信用危机"

信用危机已成为我国社会主义市场经济健康发展道路上的一个陷阱,这一问题主要是由于社会转型期道德上的缺位、信用观念的弱化和信用体系的残缺、企业的短期行为以及我们对各种严重失信行为打击力度不够所造成的.欲使中国经济走出信用危机的陷阱,一要有针对性地加强思想道德建设,重建诚实守信的伦理规范;二要加强对企业或法人经济行为的道德监察和监督;三要尽快建立起规范的社会信用体系,以制度约束失信行为;四要健全立法,严肃执法,强化对各种经济败德行为的经济和法律制裁.

How China's Economy Walks out of "Credit Crisis"

Credit Crisis has become a trap on the healthy development of socialist market economy. This problem is mainly due to lack of morality, unawareness of credit and incomplete credit system, short-term conduct of enterprises during the transitional period of society as well as ineffective measures against various kind dishonesty. To extricate China from the trap of credit crisis, we must stress the followings: first, strengthen ideological ethics, reconstruct the ethic standard of honest and keep one's word,; second, exercise effective supervision over the economic conduct of enterprises or legal man; third, set up a standard system of social credit to restrain the dishonest behavior; forth, amplify legislation, seriously execute the law, strengthen sanction against various discreditable conduct in economy and in law.
