| 摘 要： | 京港澳高速公路湖南段在全国高速公路交通运输体系中占有重要地位,近年来,随着路况不断老化、流量不断增大,交通拥堵现象时有发生,防堵保畅成了亟待破解的难题。本文试以京港澳高速湖南段227.15公里-531.15公里2010年春运期间交通拥堵现状为例,认真分析、科学研判交通安全管理工作应采取的有效对策,以期对全省高速公路公安交通管理工作提供有价值的参考决策依据。
