| Abstract: | This article elaborates the ideas of Chinese cultural development strategies in the 18th national congress of CPC from three aspects： scientifically defining the concepts of culture and cultural construction firstly; systematically analyzing the basic development strategies of Chinese culture secondly; giving rational reflect on Chinese cultural development strategies in the end. |
