摘    要:《劳动合同法》是一部促进劳动者和用人单位“双赢”的“良法”。工会组织作为重要的涉法部门和职工合法权益的表达者和维护者,要充分行使本法赋予的职权,针对存在的问题,“多手”齐下,发挥维护法律尊严、促进法律实施、维护职工合法权益的作用。

Abstract:Labor law is a good way to employees and employers, and it can lead to "a win -win situation". The trade union, the employees'the legal guardian, should execute the power correctly and enough to solve the issues. It should make an influence on safeguarding the dignity of the law, promoting the development of the law, and safeguarding the workers' legal rights.
