| Abstract: | The "common prosperity between the rural officials of the members of the CPC and the farmers" needs the rural officials of the members of the CPC to give play to a vanguard and leading role in following the contract responsibility system based on the household with remuneration linked to output and under highly decentralized production management of the majority of farmers in China,which plays a positive role in promoting rural economic and social development,political and cultural development and Party building. |
