供应链社会责任管理与异质性企业社会责任行为——基于中国企业数据的实证研究

该文利用12个城市1000多家中国制造业企业调查数据，采用Logit模型和似不相关回归方法，考察了供应链社会责任管理与异质性对企业社会责任的影响。研究发现，企业异质性（规模、生产率等）与企业社会责任认知和履行正相关；在其他条件不变的情况下，供应链社会责任管理与企业社会责任的履行呈显著正相关系；政府监管促进了企业在劳工权益保护、环境管理和产品质量等社会责任的履行；加入行业协会或公益性组织的企业，在社会责任行为上存在“同群效应”。因此，结合企业异质性在供应链管理中推行社会责任，会促使企业履行社会责任。

The Social Responsibility Management of the Supply Chain and the Heterogeneous Behavior of the Enterprise Social Responsibility： An Empirical Study on the Manufacturing Firms Data in China

Based on the study of 1000 more manufacturing firms from 12 cities in China by the Logit model and SUR method, this paper analyzes the impacts of the social responsibility management of the supply chain and the corporate heterogeneity on the enterprise social responsibility behavior. The result shows that the corporate het- erogeneity factors and enterprise social responsibility awareness have positive relationship; while other conditions re- main unchanged, the social responsibility management of the supply chain and the implementation of enterprise social responsibility have positive relationship; the government supervision improves the implementation of social responsibility such as the protection of workers＇ rights, the environmental management and the products quality ; there is the group effects in terms of the social responsibility behavior in those enterprises that have joined the industry as- sociations or commonweal organizations.
