Analysis on the Problem of Small and Micro Enterprises'Relief in Jilin Province from the Perspective of Governance Modernization

From the perspective of governance modernization,the problem of small and micro enterprises’ bail-out has many structural characteristics,involving national governance,government governance and social governance.In terms of scale and type,small and micro enterprises include small enterprises and micro enterprises,family workshop enterprises,which play an important role in tax,economy,technological innovation and employment.Based on the comparison of small and micro enterprises,medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in small and micro enterprises in Jilin Province,discusses the solutions on the basis of relevant problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects of "stable expectation" and "stable employment".
