| Abstract: | Through investigation and analyses on construction of the Communist Party of China (the CPC) and the Communist Youth League (the CYL) in new period, the paper puts forward the model of construction of the CPC and the CYL with present situation of construction and feature of basic organization of the CPC and the CYL in order to promote the development. |
