| 摘 要： | 加强检察机关法律监督,才能确保各级政府科学执政、民主执政、依法执政,才能确保公民的合法权利得到尊重和保护,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。提高检察机关的法律监督能力,根本是端正执法思想,做到立检为公、执法为民,公正执法,服务发展;核心是更新执法理念,树立现代执法意识;关键在于规范执法行为,促进执法公正。

| Abstract: | Legal supervision is an important function of the procuratorial organ to guarantee the legitimate,democratic and legal execution of administrative power,and sufficient protection of civic rights,which meets the demand of building the socialist harmonious society.The foundation of improving the capacity of legal supervision of the procuratorial organ is correcting the idea of law enforcement,the core is innovating in the notion of law enforcement,and the keystone is regulating the act of law en- forcement and promoting the justice. |
