加入WTO与服务型政府建设

加入WTO受冲击最大的是政府 ,为此 ,政府必须进行一系列变革。必须转变观念 ,转变职能 ,必须完善适应市场经济要求的与WTO规则接轨的法规体系 ,必须做到办事公开化并且一视同仁 ,还要建立一套贸易执法的复议机制与救济机制。而这一切 ,归结到一点 ,就是建立一个服务型政府。
