| Abstract: | The issue of the construction of ecological civilization proposed by the 17th Party＇s Congress is the correct understanding to human civilization which is in period of the transformation as well as the practical promotion to the idea of China＇ s contemporary scientific growth. Ecological civilization, with the core of harmony between human and nature, becomes human＇s new option besides agricultural civilization and industrial civilization, leading human marching towards new height of civilization. |
