| 摘 要： | 农民工权益保护问题是"三农"工作的热点和难点.农民工权益缺失最为严重的就是劳动权益,这其中主要涉及到自由择业权、平等就业权、劳动报酬权、休息休假权、劳动保护权、社会保障权.我国应当彻底改革户籍制度,为农民工权益保护创造平等的制度环境;建立和健全劳动保护法律法规,加强执法和劳动监察力度,切实维护农民工的合法权益;大力加强对矿区农民工的培训,全面提高农民工的素质;提高矿区农民工的组织化程度,正视并引导非正式组织在保护农民工权益方面的积极作用;建立农民工社会保险制度等.
