中国民事检察监督制度的改革与完善 ,是近几年来法学界十分热门的一个话题。 2 0 0 3年 9月 14日至 18日 ,中国诉讼法学会民事诉讼法专业委员会与最高人民检察院民行检察厅 ,以及新疆维吾尔自治区人民检察院共同举办了第七届全国民事诉讼法学术研讨会。会议对中国民事检察监督制度的改革与完善进行了深入讨论。本刊特邀请了参会的几位著名学者 ,各陈已见 ,以期进一步推动这一问题的研究

The Reform and Perfection of Civil Procurator Supervision System in China

In recent years, one of the popular topics in the legal circles is the reform and perfection of the civil procurator supervision system in China. During the period of Sept.14th to 18th in 2003, the Seventh National Civil Procedure Law Symposium was jointly held by Civil Procedure Law Committee of China, Procedure Law Society, the civil and administrative procurator office of the Supreme People's Procurator as well as the People Procurator of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In this symposium, participants devoted a though discussion to the reform and perfection of civil procurator supervision system. To advance the study of this question, this publication invites several of these participants, who are also famous scholars, to air their own views.
