| 摘 要： | <管子>的法律思想既系统又有特色,尤其是其中"以法治国"的法治思想对当代中国"依法治国"战略的实施具有重大现实意义.本文梳理了<管子>法律思想的内容和特点,以期展现<管子>法律思想的全貌,进而挖掘其对现代社会的借鉴价值.虽然<管子>法治思想与现代意义的"法治"有一定的距离,但作为"法治"之理、"法制"之术古今是相通的,如果我们能去其糟粕,取其精华,古为今用,还是大有裨益的.
