国际纺织品服装贸易发展的新趋势

随着《纺织品与服装协议》的签定和中国加入世界贸易组织的进程,传统的纺织品服装贸易中的配额等贸易壁垒将会逐年递减并于2005年1月1日被正式取消,这将极大地促进我国纺织品服装贸易的发展。然而与此同时,纺织品服装出口中的一些非关税壁垒正在发生着新的变化,以绿色壁垒、社会壁垒以及其他一些新的形式相继出现,为我国纺织品服装贸易设置了新的障碍。对于这些新型壁垒的研究已经迫在眉睫,本文即针对这个新的趋势加以研究,提出了一些相应的对策和观点。

New Trend of International Clothing and Textiles Trade

With the agreement on ATC and the step of China's WTO process, the traditional tariff barrier of quota in textiles and clothing trade will be reduced year by year and finally be abolished on January 1st, 2005. This will stimulate the textiles and clothing trade of China greatly. However, the non-tariff barriers still exist and have some new changes. They appear in some new forms, such as green barrier and social barrier, which have brought new obstacles to the textiles and clothing trade of China. To study in this new situation is very necessary and important. This paper will discuss these isues and give some policies and ideas to the new trend of textiles and clothing trade.
