| 摘 要： | 网络道德缺失对青少年犯罪的影响:诱发青少年犯罪心理的形成;使青少年犯罪形态发生新的变化。其预防措施有:建立青少年网上行为的监控机制;强化青少年思想道德素质的教育与引导;加大打击网络犯罪的力度;制定和完善互联网络的法律法规。
