关于新一代农村青年成长的思考

农村青年的成长和发展伴随着中国社会的发展,并呈现出明显的时代特色。改革开放之前,传统农村青年是农村经济社会结构变革的生力军,但在城乡二元结构制约下,其发展滞后于城市青年。改革开放之后,新一代的农村青年伴随着“民工潮”而崛起,在与市场经济的接触中发展出新观念和新的人格元素,成为农业产业化和新农村建设的推动力量。

A Thought on The Development of New Rural Youth

Along with the development of Chinese society,the developments of rural youth have shown clearly different characters in different eras.Before the reformation and opening,traditional rural youth are the main force of the changes of rural social-economic construction,but its developments were laggard to urban youth.After that era,new rural youth are growing up and developing new ideas and personalities in the contact with market economy,which will become the propellants of the industrialization of agriculture and the construction of new country.
