| Abstract: | This paper puts forth the proposals and countermeasures of the city construction in west concerning as the urbanization level,the city administraction and the sustainable development from the point of view of the dimention and quantity and the quality and efficience of city,based on the analysis of the reality of cities in west and the developing Law of mordern cities. |
