Northeast Asia is one of the important economic areas of the world. Fund and technology from Japan and Korea,natural resources from Russia are very important for our economic construction,especially for the redevelopment of northeast industry base. On the other hand ,Northeast Asia is one of the world focuses and the power countries have their own benefits here. However,the paper holds the idea that Northeast Asia will not encounter war. And we should establish new diplomatic thoughts,take flexible diplomatic policies,keep the stability and peace in Northeast Asia,promote the economic cooperation on the center of China,Japan and South Korea,realize the regional prosperity,and create the good international environment for our construction of well-off society in all ways.
