| 摘 要： | 高校党外干部是我国干部队伍的重要来源之一,认真做好高校党外干部的培训工作在新形势下具有重要意义。高校党外干部培训要以培养"立场坚定、作风正派、素质过硬、全面发展"为目标,创新培训内容、形式和管理机制,不断提高干部思想政治素质、业务水平和解决问题的能力。

| Abstract: | The non-Party cadres in colleges and universities is an important source of cadres team in our country, to do a good job conscientiously for training non-Party cadres in colleges and universities under the new situation is with great significance. Non- Party cadres＇ training in colleges and universities should regard the cadres with firm stand and upright style, excellent quality and all-round development as the goal, innovate the training content, formation and management mechanism, and continuously improve the ideological and political quality, operational level and problem-solving ability of cadres. |
