| 摘 要： | “监督者受谁监督”,针对这一长期困扰检察机关的命题,本文从检察机关内部监督制约制度构建的角度,分析现有监督制约机制的缺陷,比较当前各地改进模式的利弊,结合福州市检察机关的改革实践,提出并论证以融合监督性机制和制约性机制为主要内容的“检务督察制度”。
