| Abstract: | Based on Japan's aid pledges to the ASEAN Industrial Projects in the Joint Statement of the Meeting of ASEAN Heads of Government and the Prime Ministers of Japan in the year of 1977,the analysis shows that an international law is a special presentation of the balance of conflicted national interests;in addition,the special expression of the law terms could have very important influence on the actual national interests. |
