| Abstract: | The characteristics and functions of civil custom decide the close relationship between the civil custom and the civil code. In order to enact a mature civil code, the civil custom should be carefully thought about and be treated scientifically. On one hand, the civil custom should be affirmed as one of the origins of the civil code; on the other hand, the civil custom should be resolved scientifically in the civil code. |
