韩国公有企业民营化及其效果分析

韩国政府为了恢复和发展经济进行了 5次公有企业民营化运动 ,根据公有企业的性质和经营内容的不同 ,其民营化的方式也会有所区别。韩国的公有企业民营化既有成功的一面 ,也存在缺陷。今后 ,韩国政府在公有企业民营化中将会加强政策推进目标的设立、推进过程的管理和事后监管 ,利用法律的约束力和独立性的制度推进民营化。

Analysis of the Privatization of the Korean Public Owned Enterprises and Its Effect

The South Korean Government has carried out the privatization movements for public owned enterprises for 5 times in order to recover and develop the economy. The modes of privatization are different based on the differences in the nature and management of public owned enterprises. There have been successful aspects as well as shortages in the process of the privatization of Korean public owned enterprises. Korean Government is going to enhance the setting of policy promotion goal, to promote the management of process and the supervise afterwards, to use the binding power of law and the independent system to realize the privatization .
